Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances found to be derived from multi-accounting.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep this information updated throughout your membership. rugi88 may verify any information provided and may request supporting documentation at its discretion.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rugi88 login credentials. rugi88 will never ask for your password. You must notify rugi88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. rugi88 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Account Ownership. rugi88 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any related benefits to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rugi88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available methods are subject to change; current methods are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. rugi88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified methods in your own name. rugi88 reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
4.4 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts on rugi88 are denominated in MYR. rugi88 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until rugi88 confirms acceptance and a bet reference is issued. rugi88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by Members who rugi88 reasonably believes are acting in a coordinated or professionally syndicated capacity.
5.2 Errors. In the event of an obvious error in odds, lines, or game conditions caused by a system fault or human error, rugi88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. rugi88 will notify affected Members where practicable.
5.3 Live Betting. In-play markets are subject to rapid odds movement. Once a bet is accepted during live play, it is binding. Connection interruptions during the placement of a live bet are the Member's responsibility.
5.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits per event, market, or game type apply and are displayed within the relevant product. rugi88 reserves the right to reduce limits for any Member at its discretion without prior notice.

Upon termination, rugi88 will return the verified balance of your account (net of any amounts owed to rugi88) to a verified payment method in your name within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud investigations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rugi88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law provisions applicable in your territory.
